• Curtains and window treatments are offered as a custom add-on, because every window is a different size.

• Any electrical work, such as new light points, is billed separately by your electrician. I prepare the plan so they know exactly what to do.

1. Discovery call. We talk by video, phone, or WhatsApp about your property, how you will use it, your timeline, and your budget. Floor plans and a few photos are all I need to start.

2. Choose your style and level. Pick Mediterranean Calm, Contemporary Warmth, or Coastal Elegance, at Essential or Signature level. Swap pieces if you like within the same priced package.

3. Approve your selection. You receive the full list of pieces with images and a moodboard for each space, so you know exactly what is included and how the room will look before anything is ordered.

4. Ordering and coordination. I place the orders, track every supplier, and handle all the follow-up with suppliers, so you don't have to.

5. Delivery and installation. Everything is delivered, assembled, placed, and styled.

6. Walk in. You arrive to a finished home: beds in place, lamps on, every room styled.

How much does it cost to furnish a 2-bedroom apartment in Marbella? Our Essential furniture package for a 2-bedroom apartment starts at €16,400 + IVA, with each extra bedroom at €2,900 + IVA. The Signature level starts at €25,400 + IVA, with each extra bedroom at €3,900 + IVA.

Do I need to be in Spain? No. Most of the process happens by video call, email, and WhatsApp. Many clients first see the finished home when they arrive.

Which areas do you cover? The Mijas Costa-Marbella-Estepona corridor, including Marbella, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro, Benahavís, Estepona and all areas in Mijas Costa. Further along the Costa del Sol on request.

Can I change pieces in a package? Yes. You can swap items between styles at the same price level and add pieces such as extra terrace furniture or curtains.
